Once you have placed an order with Fires Direct you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to the time of dispatch of your goods and your account will be refunded in full. Your goods will be delivered to you by the Manufacturer and they will not accept returns unless the goods are faulty or damaged. If your goods are faulty or damaged, Uplift or Repair of the appliance/s will be arranged for you with the Manufacturer under the terms of their 12 Month Warranty.

If you are unhappy with your goods after you have taken delivery of them you have 7 days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order after you have taken delivery you will be responsible for the transport costs of your goods to us (7 Christchurch St East, Frome, Somerset, BA11 1QB). We will only accept the return of goods, Unused and in their Original Packaging. You have a duty to take reasonable care of any such product/s and ensure that they reach us in a satisfactory condition.

We strongly recommend that you view the product/s and ensure that the specifications meet your requirements before placing an order. The sales team are glad to help if you have particular requirements.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
