The goods ordered will be delivered to the UK address you give us at the time you make your order. A valid signature is required on delivery. You will become the owner of the goods on delivery of them to you.
All times or dates given for the delivery of the goods are approximate. Time of delivery does not form part of our contract.
Our Returns Policy
The customer, before acceptance, is advised to inspect all goods. Any goods that are found to be damaged, faulty or incorrect should be returned on the delivery vehicle.
Where goods have been delivered, any damaged faulty or incorrect goods should be reported promptly to ourselves or directly to the manufacturer. In this event:
- We will collect the product from you and give you a full refund.
- We will deliver a replacement and remove the damaged product.
We recommend that you organise the fitting of your appliances only once they have been delivered and inspected to your satisfaction. We accept no claim for third party fees if this procedure has not been adhered to.
