- We promise to deal with all queries/complaints promptly. We will acknowledge these individually (certainly within 5 working days) and anticipate resolving most within 14 days. During this time we will keep you informed of all/any development. Please note that at no time are your statutory rights affected. Finally, you are invited to contact the company’s main executive and senior partner, Bill Savage, who is responsible for implementing and monitoring our privacy policy, if at any time you are dissatisfied with our service. - Only information relating to ordering, delivery instructions and status are needed to process your order. We will require confirmation of your requirements by letter, fax or e-mail
- Where customers have not resided at their current/delivery address long enough to have been included on the Electoral Roll, we shall require details of previous occupancy where this information is available
- Cookies, (tracking devices) are used only on our shopping page to keep track of the contents of your ‘shopping cart’ once an item is selected
